Why we need CFP CFP2 to QSFP28 adapter?

In some scenarios, since the previous device port is still the original old-fashioned interface, a converter will be used to meet the application of the new port.
For example, the previous CFP and CFP2 will use the CFP/CFP2 TO QSFP28 adapter module in order to adapt to the current mainstream QSFP28 interface.

Now many customer use 100G CFP Coherent, 200G/400G coherent DWDM solution from HTF. Customer side connect and use 100G SR/LR, and line side use CFP/CFP2, Support long distance transmission, 100km or 200km, without adding DCM.  If you need DWDM requirement in long distance, welcome to contact HTF.  HTF engineer will help you to design the suitable solution.
