Raman Optical Amplifier
Raman Optical Amplifier is a high power Raman fiber amplifier. It is mainly used for long span or high rate optical fiber transmission system. The transmission optical fiber is used as the gain medium to form distributed amplification and effectively reduce the system noise. It can be combined with HTF EDFA products to get the best gain and noise indicators. There are reverse Raman amplifier and forward Raman amplifier, which can improve the optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) of the system and greatly extend the transmission distance.

Raman amplifiers use the Raman effect of transmission fibers to amplify transmission signals. The product can be widely used in SDH, DWDM and other long-distance transmission links, not only can the optical signal amplify, but also can improve the system‘s optical signal-to-noise ratio, greatly extend the transmission distance.
